it is really hard for me to get that many calories in... I am already eating like every 2.5 hours and I am stuffed all day... This is the second day I was able to get in over 1000 calories... I know that is horrible.. tomorrow I will be adding in my carb up meal mid day so that will probably bring me around that point for tomorrow.. But do you think I should be eating that everyday? I am taking the primo and the var so that I dont consume my muscle mass because of the lack of calories and my workouts... what do you think of that?
