Feeling great this morning, did some deep breathing exercises and mediation before bed and slept like a log!!

Weight this morning is 140 and new measurements as follows... Down on a few but mostly the same but my definition is defiantly improved!!

I tried the nap thing, now I need to try this meditation, deep breathing and get these 'massages' in... seriously...

I just got home from the beach.. I am feeling so alive and refreshed now.. I was letting outside forces that I had no control over effect my mood and being... Today was all about me, yoga and mediation on the beach and of course that deep tissue massage and I am feeling at peace again. So last week taught me a great lesson and I figured out my breaking point with the low carbs.. I went 8 days and started going nutts on the 7th day so I am going to go 6 and then have a refeed, relaxing and quite day on the 7th day... okay nap time for me... MUAH!!

triceps: I changed up this workout because I think I am doing the other exercises wrong because tri's haven't been feeling it..

eating that little bit of carbs in the morning and giving it time to digest really helped out this morning much more intense workout!!

Feeling absolutely fabulous today!! Could have done more cardo but didn’t want to overdo it.. So needless to say, I will for now on be adding in the extra carbs in the morning from now on.
ratios for today are 61% protein, 13% fat, 26% carbs
is this better shadow? I will do this for one more day then on thursday add in one "cheat" carb meal during the day...
