Clen Cycle

OK going to do a Clen cycle with some liquiclen.

2 week on 2 weeks off

20 mcg per day.
Off cycle I will be doing lipoburn and Ephedra

1 - Age - 27
2 - Lifting History - just got back into the gym - Cardio and Weight lifting.
3 - Height - 6'0"
4 - Weight - 289 lbs
5 - Estimated BF% - 25.2% (72.9 lbs of fat)
6 - Diet - Look Here
7 - Goals - lose at least 64lbs of fat in 12 months

- Note: I have joint pain in my left knee, so much so that I can not squat, which is causing me much frusturation.
- Physical Therapist said that once my knees were strenghtened I should have no pain.

Feedback is welcome and appreciated.

I had left knee issues from clutching in my car with the seat in a bad position... now i squat 3 x week, lol... pain free :D

20mcg / day... all 2 weeks?

You can start at 10mcg... bump up 5 or 10mcg per day until you reach a point that you feel is good... and not too "cracked out" feeling..

The half life is 36 hours (if i remember correctly) so with each morning dose... it's more than what your taking... it's a bit from the day before too :coffee: FYI, if you didn't know.

I also don't reccomend adding supplements until you plateau when you diet and training is in check for a few months. BUT... i know you want to maintain muscle...

I tried it once... i can't say anything other than I won't do it again... don't like feeling speedy all day.

Diet, Training, Cardio... should work very well for you since your just getting back into it. YOur metabolism will take a while to get back on track and burning up a storm though.

If I could reccomend 2 or 3 supplements... they would be:

1) AIFM... take all that water weight right off... helps with natural Testosterone too
2) Glucorell-R
3) Seasapure

EDIT:

5.33333333333 lbs a month is COMPLETLY doable!! and a great achieveable goal!! 2 lbs per week is good and what you can probably expect after the large initial weight drop (from water mostly).... then it'll get harder... and i'll tell you to start doing sprints and HIIT Cardio, lol
 
Honestly, you're bf% is too high for clen. You should stick with diet and cardio until your bodyfat drops about 10%. Seriously if you can wait on the clen until you're a little leaner and have your diet and workout routine working for you.

But if you're hell bent on doing it:

20mcgs a day? Start at 20. Run that for a couple of days and depending how you feel bump it up 20 more until the sides are too much. Now, you know your tolerance level. Some people taper clen on and off, others run it full tilt the two weeks. That's up to you. Also, take all of it in the morning. After AM cardio if you do that right when you wake up. Make sure you drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. Take Taurine, and potassium along with a good multi.

As for how high to run it don't go over 200mcgs a day. Any more than that doesn't help much and is a waste of money. Some say you should peek at about 160-180. Some go as high as 240. That's up to you. Good Luck.
 
Whitedragon... nice, hit some good points I forgot to mention.

Taurine and Potassium especially... you'll cramp up on Clen, these will help.

200mcg is a HIGH dose... Clen fucks with your cardiac tissue... personally I didn't go higher than 80 or 120mcg I think... i don't remember, i'm sure it's posted somewhere on here though.
 
Don't get me wrong most people stop at around 100 due to sides. I've done up to 220 a day. Unfortunately clen in the use of weight loss isn't really medically tested and you take a chance by taking it. Like with any drug you should study the risks vs gain and see if it seems worthwhile.

would run cardio breeze with clen to combat lethargy. also taurine for cramps and ALCAR for heart health/protection. potassium (600-1000mg) and magnesium(500-750mg) too.

prefer 2-3on 4 off

2-3week CB +clen
2week CB
2week EC
2-3week CB+clen
