CKD while on Cycle

I know I've asked before, and I've read posts "everywhere" - but I can't find ANYTHING on the topic......maybe some of you could help me.

I am currently on a CKD, and I start my cycle (D-Bol, Sus, EQ, Winny) next month and I was wondering:

Has anyone had any success or heard of anyone having any succes with CKD and Gear?

thanks in advance.............

All depends on your goal.

If you are on CKD I am assuming you are cutting
In which case, you probably shouldn't be on a dbol sus eq winny cycle.
Probably something a little more low key (maybe eq tren var)
Reason being is if you want to build muscle, you will have to take in more calories than you expend (fuel for the fire).

Now, if your goal is to get mass (but lean mass), adjust your diet, add some carbs in and make sure you are getting 2g protein per lb of body weight. This is about where I leave off and a vet comes in to give more info :-)

Well, not a CKD. If you want to run a low-carb diet and see gains on an AS cycle, you need to try the Anabolic diet by Dr. Mario Dipasquale. Basically, the difference is the refeeding times (carb-up).

A good friend of mine, SYL also has a good write up on something close:

it's called the Carnivore Diet

Don't do it bro.....especially if you are running a full blown cycle. The brain and ESPECIALLY your muscles need all the fuel/calories they can get.....you should eat you ass off. Way too many times, people waste a cycle because they dont get in enough calories, stemming from p,c, and fats....use ckd if you want to cut, but not on that cycle.

Although I agree with your caloric intake statement, I disagree with the anti-anabolic diet (CKD related) comments.

If you read over the anabolic diet, you will find it is very feasible for an average male on a cycle to have good muscle gains without any fat-gains. Generally, the anabolic diet combined with AS use tends to produce a positive nitrogen balance environment which contributes to muscle retention during the low-carb phase. At the same time, lipolysis is something experience on the anabolic diet. The low-carb phase provides for a ketonic-like state, while the refeed provides for an anabolic state (think muscle gains).

That being said, the anabolic diet is not for everyone. Optimally, I suggest those who tend to gain a significant amount of fat during a cycle should consider it as a diet regiment. If you do not have a problem with fat-gain during a cycle and are looking to bulk then this is not a diet for you.
