This is what I did for a chest workout, too much, not enough?
flat bench: 135x20 185x10 205x5 225x1 205x3 165x10 175x4
fly's: 25'sx12 30'sx10 35'sx6
incline: 135x7 155x4
fly's 25'sx8 30'sx7
 
I am a heavy duty enlistee my self.......via the use of isolation movements.

my chest has grown more of cable flys, and dumbell fly s.

than my pressing days...........wich used to be 4 sets of 13 with 225 on flat bench.....my body mechanics favored flys over presses, and moderate volume as well.....but this is just me.

your body will tell you what is best.

try 3 different workouts and see which one feels the best to you, and try to stay on that path.

Use the search engine as there are many good chest workouts described
