I am a heavy duty enlistee my self.......via the use of isolation movements.
my chest has grown more of cable flys, and dumbell fly s.
than my pressing days...........wich used to be 4 sets of 13 with 225 on flat bench.....my body mechanics favored flys over presses, and moderate volume as well.....but this is just me.
your body will tell you what is best.
try 3 different workouts and see which one feels the best to you, and try to stay on that path.
