Thanks bunny! It was happy, but not too awfully healthy.
Had a birthday party for my son and i ate a brownie and a piece of cheesecake. But I am going to start all over this morning and so far i'm doing great!!!
Didn't get a workout in this am, too too busy. But will definitely fit something in tonight after kids go to bed..either weights or cardio or both ;)
oh prob. not both,,, forgot u can't do that.

meal 2: handful almonds, bottle water
meal 3: natty pnt btr on celery + 1 tsp, and some roast beef on a plate.
would've ate more..but gotta run.

Yes you can do weights first, then cardio
 
4/19 am cardio empty stom. 30 min. incline 6
1 glucorell, pro shake
1/2 c. oatmeal, 1/4 blueberries, 12 oz water.
meal 2: roast w/ veggies again...(lots left over :qt: ), diet coke
 
snack: 2 sugar free popsicles
meal 3: 1 1/2 rice cakes w/ natty pnt btr :p
meal 4: roast w/veggies
