Just haven't been really hungry lately. Plus i have been eating badly.
Probably due to the carbs bloating me.

treadmill 35 min. incline 5-13 (upped and lowered periodically) on empty stomach.
m 1: 1 egg + 2 whites, 28 oz water, 1000 mg l-glut, 1 glucorell
m2: 1/2 c. oats, 1/4 c. blueberries, 8 oz water
total= 280 cals, fat=28% carbs= 44% protein=29%
