If you're working out on low days have your carbs pre and pwo if not breakfast and anyother time you like doesnt matter, yes sweet potatoe and yams are AMAZING on high and med days, they fill me out nicely same with baked potatoe and white rice and they taste great. 2 meals on low, 4 on med and 6 on high days just adjust portion size to your needs.
