I am currently 5'8" 168 lbs. 15-19% BF.
Going with fitday, and my calorie intake daily is 2200-2500 My question is what is the caculating factor so I know if I am just maintaing, burning fat, or gaining. I lift weights hard 2 days on 1 day off, Everybodypart every six days. My goal is to add some LBM while reducing my BF a bit. Any suggestions, tweaking, or critisism would be more than welcome.
Eating every 3 hours religously.
Basic day is
8am 6 egg whites
1 whole wheat english muffin w/1 tbsp of Natty PB
11am 6-8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
2pm 1/4 lb ground sirloin lean burger/plain
1/2 cup veggie mixture, carrots, peas, corn, green beans. Frozen/no sauce.
5pm 6-8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup brwn rice
8pm lean 8 oz steak, or 6-8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup of mixed veggies
11pm Bedtime shake with 4 oz of nonfat milk and 4 oz of water with maby another tbsp of Natty PB
