Meal 1: 8:10 am

potassium supp
1/2 c egg beaters
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey and splenda
1 liter water

Workout: Chest

Mach Press: 4 of 8@90lbs (6 TUT)
Inc Flyes: 3 of 8@20 (6 TUT)
Assisted Dips: 3 of 8@40
Inc DB Press: 3 of 8@30

10:30 am

3 Levorex
17 oz water

12:05 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 2: 12:20 pm

2 sesapure
2 T-Rex
1 c tomato soup w/ 10 small oyster crackers
1/2 whole wheat tky wrap with lettuce
1 liter water

Am going for a walk in the park soon, to at least get a little cardio in. Can't do it in the mornings when working day shifts. After that, dinner at the beststeakhouse in town. Depending on how I do, this may be my cheat for the week.

Meal 3: 3 pm

yogurt
17 oz water

Cardio: Walk around park for 1.5 hours

7 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 4: 7:15 pm

salad w/ 1/2 T honey mustard
6 oz sirloin
plain sweet potato
1 liter water

Too busy talking to eat much more, so may still be on track for a cheat tomorrow. :chomp:

Totals: 1407 cals (37% protein, 39% carbs, 24% fat)

Meal 2: 1:30 am

1 T natty PB
1 rice cake

Meal 3: 3 am

5:15 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 4: 5:30 am

1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey and splenda
17 oz water

Nap: 9:30 am-3 pm

Meal 5: 3 pm

yogurt

Was going to do a cheat tonight, but my totals are already screwed up trying to go into these midnight shifts. I'm not really into the whole cheat thing tonight anyway - I'm craving some good grilled chix. :p
