2 T almond butter

2 c coffee, 2 T cream

Meal 2: 1:30 am

1 T natty PB
1 rice cake
17 oz water

Meal 3: 3 am

5:15 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 4: 5:30 am

1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey and splenda
17 oz water

Nap: 9:30 am-3 pm

Meal 5: 3 pm

Meal 5: 5:15 pm

2 T-Rex
2 sesapure
6 oz grilled tilapia
1 c steamed broccoli
1/2 c salsa
1 liter water

Totals: 901 cals (35% protein, 31% carbs, 35% fat)
**Can they get any lower?? :worried:

Was gonna go to the gym but I'm so friggin' tired I'll just double up tomorrow. Nap time before work - night all. :yawn:

Ugh, I really need to update this. Have been so busy with work and house-hunting that I just haven't had time to even think about logging on the internet the last day or two.

Diet has been good, although not nearly enough to eat. Will try to get back to it today or tomorrow, once I get off these midnight shifts. Living in a hotel and trying to sleep during the day is almost impossible! :yawn:

For some reason I'm losing weight like crazy. Have been doing very little cardio due to my schedule but I'm down 7 pounds (to 133) in the past week and my clothes are hanging on me. Mostly water weight, I'm sure but it looks wierd to see my weight this low.

I'll start logging again with my "breakfast" tonight. The dating is going fantastic. I meet his mom tonight for dinner and am so nervous I probably won't eat much then either. I hope she likes me... :heart:

I'm glad to hear things are going well. And the weight loss is a nice added bonus. Sometimes running around or just switching up your habits can do that. The dating sounds like it's moving fast if you're already meeting mom....good for you! I'm sure she'll like you lots :bigkiss:
 
Hey Buffalo gal!

I've only skimmed your log, well auctually, skimmed the first page and the last page and totally skipped everything in between---BUTTT...

From what I see in those tiny pictures, you carry your weight very well!! And i'm sure you look even better now that you have dropped almost or about 10 pounds. Congratulations!

Also, it looks like your macro's have gradually gotten more towards where you want them to be. Good job!

As long as it's not your hard-earned muscle coming off! You wanna KEEP that stuff! ;)

O.k. I know you have the new excitement of dating someone and I don't want to be the devil in this equation but I'm looking out for you on this one.... It's great to be happy.... but you have to be happy with who you are and where you are. I'm just suggesting a friendly look at keeping things slow and not rushing this. Nothing wrong with being happy and in a relationship especially after everything that's been going on recently I know it's a nice escape and something to look forward too.... All I would say is stop for a minute and ask yourself "am I happy with me and what I am doing?" From my own experience nothing good ever comes from being happy with life by just being in a relationship and being happy through another person. While you are dating him, keep an eye on yourself and find ways to enhance your own happiness outside of him.
Good luck on the house stuff also!
