Oblique Crunch w/ 35 lb DB: 3 of 10
Decline Crunch: 3 of 10

Stiff-arm PD: 1 of 10@30, 2 of 8@40
DB Pullovers: 1 of 10@30, 2 of 10@35
Bent-over Lat Raise: 3 of 10@10
Seated Row: 2 of 10@50 (neck was hurting, must have had bad form today!)
**6 sec TUT on back exercises

PWO Protein Drink strawberry from ON, very sweet but excellent!!

Meal 2: 1:30 pm

2 T-Rex
3 oz roasted chicken
yogurt
1 liter water

Meal 3: 4:30 pm

3 Levorex
2 brown rice cakes
2 T natty PB
17 oz water

Meal 4: 7:30 pm

4 oz roasted chicken
yogurt
16 raspberries
1 liter water

Meal 5: 10 pm

Protein Drink

Totals: 1096 cals (46% protein, 31% carbs, 24% fat)
**Not nearly enough**

My cals may have been a little better today, although I was out on the road all day and ate what I could, but it was only 3 meals. :worried:

Between meeting this incredibly, wonderful man and getting a start on house-hunting, this week couldn't get any better. :heart:

Meal 2: 12:20 pm

1 c tomato soup w/ 10 small oyster crackers
1/2 whole wheat tky wrap with lettuce
1 liter water

Am going for a walk in the park soon, to at least get a little cardio in. Can't do it in the mornings when working day shifts. After that, dinner at the beststeakhouse in town. Depending on how I do, this may be my cheat for the week. :p
