Hey guys at EF.
Ive been doing weights and lifts to round up my shoulders. But the top part of my shoulder (where the clavicle bone is) pertrueds out and is very boney.
Im having trouble getting my diet together. To get my body in an anbolic environment, (money's my main issue) however my queastion is...
How do i get some meat on my shoulders???
What are some lifts I can do to give them more meat. Espeacily around the clavicle bone.

Argh? My image isnt working. Its a picture of clavic bone its pretty much the collar bone. Do i have to be plat or some shit for this to work?
