I personally think a can of tuna fish is the best thing before bedtime with a cup of skim milk. Cass protein is a joke in my opinion its over priced bullshit, Arnold didnt have cassien protein shakes. good way to sustain protein and nutrients as well is, wake up in the middle of the night and eat whatever you feel you body needs. Jay Cutler does it and I am sure many other pro bodybuilders do.
