hmm... so all of a sudden you tihnk im a scammer...?? i've been a member for a while and contribute to forums and stuff. If you think i am then well that sucks for both me and you. dont say im a scammer if you dunno anything. ill change it if yall want lol got enough returning customers anyways.

For me 2 scoops isopure 0 carb and 1/4 near raw hamberger 90% lean. Best option in my opinion. I'm cutting btw. When bulking im known to eat gaint bowls of cereal with tuns of natty pb in it, then I crash. Thats why im a chubby bulker. LOL

yup...a nice fat scoop of 100%whey for me before I go to bed takes away the hunger.....and another right when I get up!
 
most definetly a good protein shake before bed time is great for you, but i still wake up hungry, i'm not a fat ass im in shape and eat healthy but i am always still hungry in the mourning no matter what. is that weird??

cottage cheese
Scoop of Protein P.M.
tablespoon all natty PB
Cinnamon
splash of atkins milk so that it mixes a bit better

All these ideas are great. They are all customizations of a simple fact: casein, eggs, meat are all longer digesting proteins and are what you want. Some of these guys customize it to what their goals are at that particular time, like adding PB or flac for fat. Maybe some low glycemic carbs if bulking...
