cutting carbs at night is important, we all know about the conversion to fats if not burned...what does one eat at bedtime or their last meal of the night thats low, or has 0 carbs? all i have at my house is some fat free cottage cheese which is pretty gross without fruit....and tuna...what do you guys eat? or would you eat if you were dropping BF...?

Back when I cared about my bodyfat, I'd eat a can of tuna and a scoop of peanutbutter.

you guys take your shakes with milk or water before bed? I see the milk with casseine proteins slowing down the absorbtion process with water doing the opposite, only the sugars in milk wouldnt be that great at bedtime....

You would be better off just having a caseine protein shake, because like you suggested, the carbs in the milk aren't great pre-bedtime if you're trying to stay lean. If you're not, go for it :)
