Whats up guys, i have been on the keto diet for like 2 weeks and have had decent results lost like id say around 8-10 pounds or so. Anyway i love peanut butter but i know it has to many carbs. so i went to the store and saw no sodium or sugar added peanut butter. (only5 grams of carbs 2 of which are fiber) i was like WERD i gotta get me this. Well let me tell it takes the fun outta eating peanut butter. Shit is horrible! BLAH BLAH BLAH makes me not wanna eat peanutbutter ever again~~~!! haha just thought id share that with you peace out
