Are fruits fattening at night?

Hello all: I am on a weight loss diet trying to get cut, and lose fat, and i include 1 small-bowl of fruit-salad a day made of: (apples, peaches, pineapple, etc) as part of my weight-loss diet. But i would like to know if it's better to eat this bowl at night or during the day?

Thanx all, i would like your comments on this matter :-)

Fructose and Galactose are the only Sugars in nature to illicit no insulin response
They also have great nutritients

they have use in a diet despite the fear of using them

Day or before training

Fructose does not cause an insulin spike, so the carbs from fruit cannot be stored in the muscle.

Fructose can be stored in the liver (if my memory serves me correctly), however by the end of the day, it is likely your glycogen stores are full, so the carbs from fruit will be stored as fat.

Hello, thanks i think i will try to eat the fruits in the day, instead of at night. I will have a higher protein dinner and moderate carbs :-)

Really? Isn't galactose women's breast milk. Hmm too bad my wife wasn't able to breast feed.

So in a cutter using fruit carbs like berries is actually ok? As long as they are used during the day time or around workouts I suppose.
