anyone with this problem about diet ?

.i tried everything except 60 min of cardio 4 times a week,,i do about 30 min of running/walking and i alternate it with HIIT sprints. my diet is like beverly and i weight train 3 times a week...im always changing my diet and training program so i dont hit a plateu ..is this ok to do?whats wrong? and i also eat low carb and was wondering to make up for the lost calories i eat flax and healthy fats
 
so what is the problem? you dont get any results? you dont go down in weight? you dont go up? i find constancy(sp?) to be the key. keeping a good diet, and only fine tuning it when needed.
 
yes what is the problem?? If you keep your carbs the same all the time you are not going to lose weight...try doing the 60 minutes in the AM on an empty stomach..how is your water intake? Do you take any thermogenics? How do you weight train?
 
yes i do 45 min of walking onm a empty stomach..is this ok to burn fat? or is jogging better.? i weight train 3 times a week then have a whey with dextrose or carbs after that..that is my only carbs for the day..i rotate my carbs to 100 grams and 20 grams each day but keep my fat the same..should i up my fat when my carbs are low? or its ok to go low calories for a couple days..i dont understand the cardio crap of walking or running or sprints...isnt it all diet for abs and minimal cardio? or is it for some all cardio and some diet,,,
 
100 grams is not a lot of carbs..how do you rotate your carbs?? High on training days? 20 is even low for a low day..Are you eating 6 x a day? Post a sample of how you are eating now...DO you eat oatmeal? Yams? Rice? Are you eating veggies on your low carb days? How many carbs are in your shake? How many grams of sugar? Try walking on the treadmill on an incline..at 12% going between 2.5-2.8 for an hour....when are you taking in your carbs on your high days?? Could be a lot of different things...give us more info to help ya!
 
hey this is my meals
meal1
6 egg whites
1/2cup of oatmeal with some berries or protein powder

meal2
chicken with brocolii---oatmeal on moderate carb day

meal 3
postworkout--sugar n whey 30grams of each

meal4
chicken or tuna with flax

meal 5
lowcarb MRPwith nuts like almonnds--5 carbs

meal 6
cottage cheese with nuts like almonnds

this is it NEWSbig! is this agood diet/? i run for 45 min 4 times a week ..shoul di walk for 60 min instead or HIIT
 
I personally would cut out some of the shakes..1 a day I think is plenty..the more real food the better off you are..but that is my opinion...Increase your protein intake...add some lean red meat, fish, turkey breasts...I would cut out the almonds..use 1-2 tbsp of flax, or olive oil..maybe a lil natural pb...i would not go over 20-30 grams of your good fats...Try walking on the treadmill on an incline..mix up your cardio a little bit..and add some more VEGGIES!!! What type of berries are you eating?
 
i guess you dont belive in keto cause they say u need to eat fat to lose fat...so many say too much protein can turn to glucose and store as fat...what to do to make up for the extra calories..i eat bluberries
