.i tried everything except 60 min of cardio 4 times a week,,i do about 30 min of running/walking and i alternate it with HIIT sprints. my diet is like beverly and i weight train 3 times a week...im always changing my diet and training program so i dont hit a plateu ..is this ok to do?whats wrong? and i also eat low carb and was wondering to make up for the lost calories i eat flax and healthy fats
