Its very unlikely that your poor gains are due to a deficiency in nutrients. I'd check into this list below.

1. Are you overtraining?

I doubt it, i go into the gym 4-5 times a week each muscle group 1x a week

2. Are you getting enough calories?, and in the proper proportions?

havent really counted calories, but i eat every 2-3 hours, get in as much protein as i can

3. Are you stalling due to an overdone workout routine.

this could very well be it, my partner is pretty ingnorant (still my bestfriend tho) and doenst see how doing the same damn routine isnt very beneficial.

4. Are you getting enough sleep?
I love to sleep, a good 8-10 hours a night
...etc.

I know it's not fun, but you might just have to count calories. You could be severly underestimating your intake. It happens quite often with people who 'think' their eating a lot just because they 'feel' full after a meal.

It may be a good idea make a new topic asking for diet advice, and include some of the foods you usually eat. You could do a similar post regarding your training.

There is hope, and we're here to help. :)
