One of the Polish meals is called Polish kielbasa, not sure if you've ever seen this but it's really good. It's a sausage with a blend of potato, beef, pork. You can add it with eggs and make an omelet next to it
I'm not a polish eater but I did eat the kelbasa or kielbasa something like that the sausage I like it but a lot of sodium
