Any one on here have sleep problems?

Ambien works real good for me and it's the only one that doesn't leave you drowsy the next day. Helps you fall asleep fast and get up easy.

Sinus infection: I have had this damn infection for 3 weeks now. I have tried 2 different kinds of antibiotics and still can't get rid of it. The fucked up part is that it give me low degree temp. throughout the day and suppresses my appetite. Hate that shit. It's slowing me down!

Tried the OTC's, but switched to Valerian Root [500mg capsules, take 2 approximately 1.5hrs before I plan on sleeping]~ IMHO works well.

I have been taking 20mg of xanax per night to sleep.
I have never been able to get a good nights rest any way.

Started the xans and it helps, but I am getting to the point that I cant afford it.

My doc says ambien will do the trick. Does that shit really work?
I think I may be Narcaleptic because I pass out sometimes watching TV. I stay sleepy during the day, but I get wired at night.

She is considering giving me xyrem. I told her the great stories about how well GHB made me sleep. She says " we will look at all options"

I take Ambien and I get the best sleep ever.

I take 20 of the 1mg tabs one hour before bed. yea I am pretty much hammered by bedtime.

I do this for several reasons:
1. I have an infection that won't go away by use of anabiotics.
so I need good rest everynight.

2. I cant sleep for shit at night. Never have.

3. It effects my job, training, social life as well as other things.

you are going to have the worst withdrawals from that Have you ever heard of "zannyland!" Benzodiazepene and alchohal withdrawal are the only 2 withdrawals you can DIE from!! Trust me my x mother in laws mother died from it. Stopped tasking valium after 3 years and 3 days later she was dead!! Slam a bottle of nyquil and take 3-10mg of melatonin!1 Stop taking that many of those things or you are setting yourself up for a big "crash"

Does trazodone have an impact on libido like the most anti-depressant medicines?
I've been on zoloft and killed my libido. Also been on Efexxor and didnt kill my libido like zoloft but Effexor didnt give me the happy feeling that zoloft does

Trazodone can potentially cause priapisms which are excessively long erections. It doesn't impair erectile function unless you consider potential extension a form of impairment. I never noticed it causing either increases or decreases in libido. I've made frequent use of 50-75 mg dosings at night over the past several years for sleep purposes.
