I got a tempurpedic bed 2 years ago and I can not rave enough about how much it has improved the quality of sleep I get. I used to toss and turn and take 2+ hours of lying in bed to fall asleep. Now I sleep like a baby and it is all du to the new bed.
I've heard others say the same thing. I should try that but I'm putting it off until I graduate and get a real job.
Seeing how this post is 4 years old and bigdelt hasn't had any activity since 2003 I doubt any responses would matter at this point. However, I have noticed that 12.5mcg T3 every morning on an empty stomach seems to make me more light sensitive, so I fall asleep earlier and wake up earlier as well.
