Another question... timing based diet/training?

I have another question... is there a "perfect" time to train, I mean diet-wise? What I mean is, would it be better to train in the beginning, middle or end of the day meal-wise? i.e. which looks best (for bulking or for cutting)...

Plan A:
meal 1
workout + shake
meal 2-6

Plan B:
meal 1-3
workout + shake
meal 4-6

Plan C:
meal 1-5
workout + shake
meal 6

Are there any advantages to any of these plans? I am thinking that using Plan B would be optimal, but I'm not sure why. Or would plan C be better, allowing more time to take in more calories during the day. This may be a stupid thread, but any thoughts on this appreciated. thanks.

If you are looking to bulk i would reccomend that you use choice A because hten you will be able to eat like an animal after that to help rebuild your muscles. If you are cutting i would reccomend choice b or c because your body will be in fat burning mode when you wake up and you dont want to ruin the fatburning by using your PWO dextrose/protien shake. The insulin spike will halt all fat burning for the next few hours. I have read that plasma insulin levels are still high for up to 7 hours after a high carb meal.

Thanks serb. I agree it seems logical that eating more after working out could = more mass gains, however, I would that work for people who aren't morning people, i.e. they have a lack of energy in the morning?

Also, I have heard that it's better work train in the morning to burn fat.
