Am I training to much

I started 6 wk cycle of helladrol and I know recovery time is better.What i want to know is me working every body part 2x a week bad or depends on ur genetics.I get 2 day rest in between each bodypart.I do 4 days a week,Mon,Tues,Thurs & Fri.Can I grow better just doing 1 bodypart a wk .Any input is appreciated.Been lifting serious for 3yrs,good clean diet 41 yrs old 5'8 181lbs.
 
How many BP's do you hit in a day? Can you post your split?

Mon&thurs-chest/tri/back/traps
Tues-fri - legs/calves/biceps/shoulders

That's a lot for one day IF you're training heavy & trying to add size....if you're going for a leaner Michael Phelps look, then you're right on the money.....all depends on your goals.....

I agree that's alot of work. Personally for bulk 4 days a week.
1 body part a day but hammer the shit out of it, eat lots and clean and watch yourself grow.
