Am I eating enough?

Real quick, am I eating enough?

Today I ate
1 Serving oatmeal, 3 boiled egg white, 1 whole egg, 1 serving yogurt (breakfast)
2 protien shakes (I double up, ON 100% whey) (snack)
huge Chicken parmisean (12oz chicken) and small sallad (lunch)
1 bannana and serving tuna (snack)
8oz chicken breast 1 1/2 cup broccolli rice and cheese casserole 1 cup green beans, 1/2 avocado (supper)
1 serving oatmeal, two protien shakes w/ 1tbsp flax seed oil (snack)

I am a hard gainer 5'07" 148 lbs and am trying to pack on mass right now. My work out routine is great. Just need to know if I am gettingenough cals. Any feedback is good and worth K. :chomp:
 
I wrote about your diet in your sup thread as well, but i'll mention it here too. I think the calories are too low, aim for around 3000. Try to add some more protein thorugh whole foods as was mentioned above. Are you using milk in your shakes? Milk is a great way to add extra protein without eating an actual meal. I would also try to get some good fats from food in there (like avacado). Try adding Natty PB to your shakes and put olive oil on yer 'cados. Cheers!
 
Also, peanut butter sandwiches are a fantastic bulker. Have two of them a day. One around 11am and another just as you leave work
 
I'm not sure how many cals you're eating now (that's for you to count) but the only way to know if you're not eating enough is if you are not gaining any weight.

Monitor your weight every week or two and if you still aren't gaining on your current diet, increase your calories by 500 or so.
