I'll dig out my stupid fricken diet
but my training goes something like this
6 days a week lifting 1 day a week functional training (think plyo)
5 days a week cardio...40 mins ss twice a week...30 mins (yes really) hiit 3 times a week...
my diet plays out like this

so...heres my problem...I stopped caring about much of anything really...and went up to 34%-ish bf..on the diet and training so far Ive got down to 24%-ish percent
thing is ..is here I sit...stuck here...and Im pissed
this is a set point for me I can't seem to get below
so..help me straighten this out because I don't care what my coach says at this point.
I don't care if its diet, cardio change...lifting change (high reps low weights body part splits right now) whatever..
this is NOT how I ate or lifted before I trained, so Im extra angry I added for me fuck tons of cardio and Im where I was at before just following an IF without watching macros too much as long as I met protein and lifted like a beast with low reps/high weight and no iota of cardio
help me out!
