hi all, im new to the bodybuilding lifestyle. I am needing help with diets and general bodybuilding routines. Ok heres a breif description of me.
Im 18yrs old,
5'7,
131lbs,
i had a body fat test and i was told 6% if that means anything to ewes?, quite a lightly built/ skinny dude quite well toneed for what muscle i have.. i was in the armed forces (paras) but left after 6 month due to ill relatives etc... on my induction fitness test i could lift about 145kg on the T bar off the floor. now i can lift about 175-185kg.i think it is kgs anyway. so im quite a strong lil dude. i am wanting to increase my muscle mass and bulk up big time. i was always using the facilitys at the gym in the army but it never made much difference.
any advice on a diet routine and work out routine would be exelent.
