im currenty on a cutting cycle and diet, cyclcing 3 low carb days with 1 high carb day every 4th day. my carbs on low days are about 130-135 grams and 300-400 on high days depending on how i feel. im taking in 450 grams of protein from mostly whole foods and 5 scoops of whey. i feel bloated in the stomach all the time, should i cut back on the protein a bit? im 165, 5'6, 9-10%.
