3 second question

I have 2 questions that I bet one of you can answer in less than 3 seconds.

Question 1: Someone once told me that peanuts have "incomplete" protein, meaning they don't have all the amino acids that make a protein usable to build muscle.

They went on to tell me that however, if you drink milk with the peanuts, that there are amino acids in milk which "complete" the amino acid profile, making the protein in the peanuts usable.

Is this true?

Question 2: I know that Olive Oil has good, monounsaturated fats, but does it have any Omega-3? Or do green/black whole olives have any Omega-3?

True

You'd rather take complete protein (whey, casei, egg, meat, fish,...)

very few omega 3s in olives/olive oil
take flax/fish oil

Does this mean the protein in my ANPB isn't doing me any good?

In the ANPB diet you don't rely on PB as your protein source
(Whey protein is used in this diet, so don't worry ANPB is certainly good)

PB is mostly used as a good fat source
