27 sets for chest?

JC, if anyone's the ignorant lazy piece of shit here, it's you. It's quite obvious you lack the intensity and drive to bust your ass to the point of muscular failure or beyond. Weightlifting is anaerobic, whereas you seem to revel in the counterproductive to muscle growth, aerobic workouts.

Yeah, you're a tough guy, cause you perform marathon workouts of 20 plus sets per bodypart. If you were a real badasss, you'd continue past 100 sets. Think about how idiotic that sounds. Is your mind muscle connection so far out of whack, that you can't overload the muscle with far fewer more effective sets? By the looks of it, it seems so. Why don't you start taking up long distance running or something, cause you seem quite suitable for that.

I asked him about it yesterday and he said he only does 1 bp per day. About 190+ lbs at 5'6 ripped. He's fuckin thick too and very cut.

How the fuck do people get away with this shit. I'm in there more than 1- 1 1/2 hrs or 12-16 sets per bp and I'm toast. Also for someone like this, would they lose alot if they wen't back to 12-16 sets per bp?


Anyone who does that many sets per body part and spends 3 hrs. in the gym can't be training with much intensity

yes dude i am very lazy i have absolutly no phsyique what so ever.:D

reguardless of what you think long workouts do work....you seriously think 5 working sets is good? i would say 12 at the least for big body parts. i just think it is lazyness if you only do 5 sets on a bodypart. i mean damn that is about a 10 minute workout for me including warming up and putting on the weights.
