personally, as long as you keep the water to almost none, and are still using the aldactone, I would add in a little more fat fri night, you will end up more full and vascular, just keep to fats from steak, chicken skin, and some peanut butter, and you wont spill over

So basically after sustaining a low fat intake and low sodium intake for so long, the fat and sodium will be rapidly absorbed by the muscle and helps to bring in fullness, vascularity etc right?

Needsize, keeping carbs high with very little water on friday will maintain muscle fullness correct? I am just paranoid that by dropping water to low I will "pee" all the water out of the muscle.

Thanks for the helps bro's! :Perk:

I do a 2 day depletion (O carbs) ; 2 day carb up (500 gms carbs) and on day of show a garbage load. on awakening I take glycerol 50 ml mixed with 30 gms creatine, 5 gms glutamine & 2 hours to weigh-in consisting of 90 gms carbs/20 gms fat + 2 gm Na load, consisting of sugar cookies layered with peanut butter (I kid you not) after weigh-ins, drink 1 qt of gatorade and watch those cells explode. This worked far, far better for me than all that sweet potato, rice crap. For me, anyway, I found they worked against me by staying in my system too long. Simple sugars + fat was the key to drawing the water into the muscle cells. Of course, I did a dry run 2 weeks prior to make sure it worked, I would advise other competitors to do the same.

My last meal which was at 2pm consisted of 30 oz chicken, asparagus steamed, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup cream of rice, 4 oz yam, 1 cup pasta with a litle olive oil on it. I think the fat from the oil is filling me out a little and bringing out some more vascularity. I am still peeing about every hour even though my fluid intake is low. My pee is yellowish, is this any gauge of how dehydrated or dry the body is? Last show if I can recall I cut water down to almost nothing the day of and my urine was a goldish color.

If you're using aldactone, don't use peanut butter for fat. It contains a lot of potassium. Aldactone will cause potassium levels to rise in the blood. Adding more could cause cramps, or worse death... :worried:

The kidneys eliminate excess water, salts and minerals, as well as urea from protein digestion, uric acid, creatinine from muscle breakdown, hormone waste and toxins. Also eliminated is urochrome, which is a yellow pigment that comes from the processing of dead blood cells in the liver.Yes, the more concentrated your urine becomes, the darker it gets. Normally it should be a clearish yellow due to the urochrome. Brown yellow can be a bad sign and means you've overdone the diuretic and are dehydrated.

Yeah. That's right. You need to be careful of very dark urine. It's bound to happen the last 24 hours before the show, but if it's happening before that you'll need to drink more water.

I hope you did an ebson salt bath before the show. One the night before and one early on if you still hold subcutaneous h2o
