1st cycle guys..inputs my family

Pretty much first cycle, I've done one beast cycle a few months ago and went well. Looking to start a new cycle in may, what are your guys suggestions for a cycle? Remember I've only ran beast and that was it. Expand my knowledge family....expand
 
Go with a simple test e or test c 500mg ew cycle for 10-12 weeks have adex on hand for gyno and run hcg 250iu x 2 ew. Pct run unleashed/ post cycle combo and forma. Simple yet effective cycle
 
Test only is the way to go for a first cycle, gives u chance to see how ur body reacts to AAS.

^^^ This is excellent advice however you have alot of research you need to be doing such as: diet, types of Test , Enananate or Cypionate ? You need to be eating at least 4 to 5k calories per day and you need to be eating your weight in Tuna or chicken or any protein source. You will need to run HCG during your cycle at 500 per week along with Hcgenerate at 2 capsules per day. After your cycle which I suggest it being 10 to 12 weeks in length, you will need to run a PCT (post cycle therapy) this should be something like Clomid at 50 mg per day for 4 weeks starting at week 13 and continuing thru week 17, and include Post Cycle. Thank you guys I really appreciate it. I dedicate hours and hours of research everyday. My diet is superb, taking in about 3.7k calories a day as is from those protein sources. I was figuring you guys were going to say a test only cycle I just wasn't sure on just which one l. Thanks guys il continue my research each and every day. Knowledge is key

Is this a joke? I'm eating 2k-2.3k calories a day and gaining weight. I'd put on too much fat if I ingested that many calories.

I eat 200 grams of protein a day roughly 50-70 grams of fat and cut or add calories with the carbs.

It's working wonders for me.

Hey man everyone'a different, you just did what works best for you! I can actually do the same as you because I'm so short :/ and weigh 170lbs. As long as you have a good diet, training program, etiquette, dedication that's all you need man..you will go a long way, it's our passion to participate in this wonderful sport

No joke, the gentleman asked for help gaining weight and a cycle. First you have to learn to eat right , then cycle. A cycle will do him no good if he does not know how to train or diet. Who are you anyway? You have 12 posts and been here a few weeks and are all of a sudden a genius.
