N.Y. Rangers looks to extend its run of 2 straight road wins at the expense of the Florida Panthers Wednesday.

Sporting an 8-5-3 overall record and a 5-2-2 mark within the division, the Rangers aim to knock the Panthers (3-2-0 in the division) for a loss.

The Rangers come in as a slight 126 road underdog and look to improve on their 8-5-3 mark. The Panthers, 6-7-2, will try to pay out for bettors at home. Totals bettors see the line opened at 6.

Tom Renney's team was busy last game losing to the Penguins 3-2 as 180 favorites. The 5 goals sent that game under the total of 7.

Florida, on the other hand, are home to shake off a loss last time out against Carolina. They were 175 underdogs and ended up on the wrong end of a 2-0 score, in a game that went under the closing total.

You can't expect much in the way of offensive fireworks from Florida. Saddled with the 29th-ranked offence and averaging just 2.2 goals per game the Panthers' offence needs to give its defensive unit some help Wednesday in order to have a chance against the Rangers.
