Wide pull down (stretch at top for 2 seconds)
4 x 12-15


Cable curls
4 x 12-15


Preacher curl
3 x 12-15

training sessions have been good shoulders have been getting sore for the extra volume but all in all everything is going well, keen to see what I look like after this little tidy up I'm hoping to be in good condition hopefully around the 102kg to 104kg mark but we'll see when the time comes
very keen to see it also brother, i enjoy being sore after gym

another check in done visually starting to change slightly should become more pronounced in the coming weeks. little food drop and dropped 1kg in 2 days so things should start to get interesting now, curious to see how lean he wants me before we have a decent push phase, I'm keen to get pretty lean as I feel better in myself when I can see what's happening to my body.
hoping I'm still relatively lean at 100kg then the goal will be to put some size on and hopefully end up close to 100kg next showing on stage.
