Approved Log Slyder Rotator cuff surgery log

Yesterday work was a work out.
18 bags of 80lb concrete. Doesn’t sound to bad right. I had to lift and move those bags 7 times.
Had to load them from floor to cart. Move them from cart to tail gate. Move from tailgate into truck bed. Move them from bed to tailgate. Move from tailgate to wheel barrow. Move them to ground in back yard.
Set up forms and tie in steel cage.
Move those freaking bags back into wheel barrow and mix and pour 2 at a time.
Epsom salt bath last night!!!!
Don’t feel bad this morning which is good.
I am meeting a workout buddy 8:30 am for a big back and bicep day.
Yeee-haw!

So far all is healing great.
Chest press is still the hardest to do pain free. The bicep attachment is the slowest to heal. That is a tendon and that takes longer. Knowing that from the beginning has been super helpful. Not knowing what is what inside the body is stressful. But if you arm yourself with knowledge it is easier.
That is my main goal with this log. I like others was scare of the surgery. Now that I have done it I am super glad I did. Yes I regret not doing it sooner. But oh well IT IS, what it is. I am grateful my Dr did not want to rush into surgery and we tried other stuff first. We tried PRP injections. It might have worked for a smaller tear had I immobilized the shoulder.
We saw a lot of new growth in there when I got in with a camera at surgery.
We also did an injection in my knee at same time. That pain was from an old surgery in 1994. That single injection made a huge improvement in the knee..
So far things are going great.
I am 17 weeks post surgery. I am way ahead of what they expected. I feel the bpc 157, tb500, and HGH have been a large part of this success. Remember I am older so thing don’t heal as fast for me. I am still ahead of younger guys in my progress. Yes exercise and lots of stretching has played a huge role.
@Slyderkt its good to see you recovering bro thats intense
17 week post I think you can do more now as well

Last night we made a version of a Taco Bowl.
1 can black beans
1 lb ground chicken
1 pkg low sodium taco seas
Roasted sweet potatoes and zucchini
Salsa on top
Bolt house ranch. ( used this cause didn’t have sour cream)

Some times we will use brown rice instead of the veggies.

Easy to make and easy to clean with lots of flavor.

good meal I like it but 80lbs of concrete no injury i hope?

Hate to hear that.

Your chest is still bothering you when you try to press.

The golden rule is if it hurts and not in a good way, then don't do it. You really have to try and train around. What's going on?

I'm glad that different products and compounds that you're taking have been part of the success where you're recovering quick.

Taco bowl. Looks really good.

Everything you put in there is very healthy.
