Face pulls 4 sets 20 reps
Military / shoulder press machine.
4 sets 12-15 reps 90-120 lbs
Dumbbells all 4 sets 12-15 reps
Side raises 15-25lb
Front raise 15-20 lb
Rear 15-20
Seated side raises w static hold 15 lb
Incline bench side raise 15 lb
Incline bench Y raises 10-15 lb
Standing front raise with ez curl bar 3 set 20-30 lbs
30 min sauna
Oh ya forgot overhead dumbell presses 4 sets 10-12 reps 35-50 lbs
@Slyderkt careful with overheads with injuries right bro i would go lower weight and a bit more reps
