It is just crazy how much it changed by relocating the tendon.
This is proof how genetics sets the shape and length of muscles.

Yes vacuums do help. I try and do them a lot. Expecially when I am laying around in a sauna. Always trying to work on my breathing while in vacum.
I’ve been lazy on cardio and abs last couple years. I can tighten up waste when I focus on it. Down side is I can do anything about loose skin.
Here is me at about 6 % bf a couple years ago. I did a crazy cut and dropped down to like 168 lb.
It was fun to do it. The body is an amazing machine.
