this time of year definitely you got to stick to the cruise because the weather is wild with cold fronts coming through
Yup i hate that more thab anything the cold fronts.
 
I go on a cruise sometimes myself.

I like the Alaskan cruise. You should try that sometime.
We did the Alaskan cruise on Celebrity last year. I prefer the warm weather. However I must say that was one of our best trips ever.
It was beautiful, relaxing and the nicest cruise line so far. Perfect trip for a couple.
 
What is the difference between dry sauna and regular sauna?

Is it something that's really different?
I call it dry or wet sauna.
Steam room and sauna is more like it.
I love them both.
Also I’ll never turn down a hot tub.
 
What you're describing is what a lot of professional athletes do. They have someone who really knows what they're doing messing around with their bodies and that know how to make you feel better.

I a trying to listen to the dr. With that said I am ahead of what he wants.
This week I hope to start trying push ups.
I am so excited to do a simple push up.
Right now pulling motions feel great.
Over head pressing is good. Delt raises are getting better at about 80 percent pain free.
Chest press with narrow grip decent
Chest press with normal grip is still the hardest.
I am doing everything slower than normal. No jerking motions. I ease into the motion, assess the feeling and adjust if needed.
Trying to be mind full of muscle activation, and targeting the correct muscle engagement.
After knee surgery 40 years ago I never trusted my knee and that caused me to avoid it. I wish I could go back and do it differently.
This time my mind is better. I trust the surgery and having to hold myself back.
I feel so glad I did this surgery.

I would say food is your thing now bro honestly
there is such a thing as recovery foods no joke, I hope we can talk diet and nutrition with you more @Slyderkt

I love to talk and work on diet.
Tonight was fancy dinner night for me.
No I did not cook. Wife got it from an upscale local market.
Salmon, green beans w/almonds and garlic roasted potatoes.
Definitely not my normal boring routine meal.
Great meal after a great workout.

Had an awesome back day.
No special order
1. Lat pull down 4 set of 12-20 w/ 85-115 lbs
2. Low row 3 set 12 reps 110-50 lbs
3. Dumbell row. 4 sets 12 reps 60-70 lbs
4. Land mine row w handle 4 sets 12 w/ 50-100 lbs.
5. All three plate back machines 4sets of 12 reps 90-150 lbs
6. Straight arm pull downs.
I can’t remember the rest.
I felt amazing and tried to not do more!
