None of my reps are this half ass pull push bullshit.
I engage and flex throughout the movement- so don't come and ask my why I'm not doing the stack for press downs-
for one its my last exercise and for two I spent the past 16 months making my form flawless lol.
I can curl 20lb Dumbbells and get better growth then half the apes in my gym throwing around 90's haha
I'll add up some pics here in the next day or two!
