hey guys i wonder if you can help me.

i plan on bulking is my diet good??

Breakfast:
2eggs 2 egg whites, protein shake 2 pieces of whole wheat toast

Mid Morning:
oatmeal Bar , and some all natural peanut butter

Lunch:
2 cans of salmon, protein shake, and some cottage cheese.

Mid Afternoon Pre Workout
Protein Shake

After Workout:

10oz. New York Steak, rice, and cottage cheese and protein drink

and i take milk thistle,flaxseed oil, and fish oil cause im on a cycle of var 40mg/day and 3 litres of water.

can you guys give me an opinion please. i also eat 2 lobster tails about 2 times a week at dinner and i have a cheat day on sunday too.

2 eggs with 8 egg whites, protein shake, 2 pieces whole wheat toast. Make sure your WW toast does not contain HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP

Mid Morning:

Ditch the oatmeal bar as it has HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and eat oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder and blueberries instead

Lunch:
2 cans of salmon, protein shake, and some cottage cheese.
2 cans salmon with cottage cheese...drop the protein shake. Too much protein in your meal

Mid Afternoon Pre Workout
Protein Shake
I prefer oatmeal here with a scoop of protein...or an apple

After Workout (meal #1):
Protein shake with dextrose immediately following workout with a 2:1 carb to protein ratio

Meal #2
10oz. New York Steak, rice, and cottage cheese and protein drink
Steak is fine (prefer chicken reast), opt for brown rice over white rice as it has a lower glycemic index, or GI. Cottage cheese is fine, ditch the shake

Bedtime:
Eat cottage cheese with flax oil

and i take milk thistle,flaxseed oil, and fish oil cause im on a cycle of var 40mg/day and 3 litres of water.

How many calories are you consuming? Drink at least one more liter a day of water. Flax and fish oil are rich in Omega 3's, which is a good thing :D
 
Salmon, and Steak every day and 4 lobster tails a week. If it was me i would eat 5 cans of chunk tuna a day, 24 eggs, a gallon of dried skim milk, oats, a day all bought in bulk for a few months then buy a few kits of GH.

I agree with sawastea.....
