Yohimbe & Fat consumption?

Since yohimbe increases insulin response to any food eat, you are advised to use it on an empty stomach. I am always leary of doing cardio on am empty stomach. I'm on a keto diet now, shouldn't it be ok to drink a couple table spoons of olive oil prior to doing my cardio first thing in the morning on yohimbe? After all, fat causes absolutely no insulin response. Starting tomarrow I'll be poping 20 mg ephedra, 20 mg yohimbe hcl, and .25 mcg of cytomel along with 2 tbs of olive oil before doing my hour of cardio at 7:00 am. Well see what happens, any thoughts or suggestions?
 
Sigh..... no one ever answers my posts... is it because I just sound like a total dumbass and my questions are not worth answering, or is it that people just aren't certain of the answer? I started wondering about this last week...

Anyways I don't know the answer to your question dude. But I will speculate that it won't really matter. If you do plan on doing this though I would take the olive oil about 20-25 mins after the ephedra yohimbe. If you take them together the fat would slow the absorption and delay them from entering your system.

I recently ended a 4 month CKD in which I got all the way down to 3-4%. It was the best diet I ever did. I lost very little muscle. I also did 3 cardio sessions every week on an empty stomach with a hit of ECY. I just made sure to ingest some whey protein and fish oil caps directly afterwords to help prevent catabolism. Hope this helps you bro.
 
I personally do not like to eat anything before my morning cardio. Your body will naturally be in a state where it has already burned some muscle. I take 5-10 grams of glutamine only, just to stunt the catabolism. The yohimbe will allow for fat release for your body to burn instead of muscle.

a small amount of fructose would be beneficial to the fat burning process.

as a note people who apply yohimburn before am cardio, empty stomach and/or small fructose intake, tend to report best results (for single daily use-- users)
 
serb and macro can i see supporting articles/studies to back up your sides
both make sense but all this shit is too expensive for me to keep doing trial and error to drop to my goal weight
