It's been so long since I've been able to do deadlifts b/c it killed my knee after surgery a while back. Man if anyone isn't integrating these into their workouts is really missin' out on some fun. I can barely walk but that's what I like! How do you guys do them? Stiff legged or bent? Both palms in or one one out and one in?
