My chest is a pain in the ass. I have to work it 2x as hard to get it to grow at 3/4 the rate, and that's if I'm lucky. It's really been a pain in the ass since I started lifting, but I think it might actually be comming around.
My quads have come a long way, but they still don't look big. They are developed real high above my knee. But when I get on the leg press and put 7 or 8 plates on each side, people are amazed. Damn those genetics.
