Chest grows SO slow. I work every other body part once a week and have no real problem with them growing, used to work chest twice a week to catch up, but figured "if everything grows off once a week, im overtraining chest". I still get it sore as fuck every time. Im keeping it to 12 sets of flat bench, incline hammerstrength (helps with that crease at the top) and pecdec or flys, 4 sets each. Decline fucks my right shoulder up all the time, as do dips. Fuck decline. Traps are slow too, but i will try lighter weight and high reps, they might respond better to the halacious pump more tham weight.
Back grows the best with minimal effort. It seems the less i work the muscle (back and tris) the bigger they get!
