I dont know about yall but when workin abs I wish someone would come shoot me. But then i just tough it out.
 
Quads for sure.

I feel like crying when I do squats. If you are lifting quads right, they should hurt the most because they are the largest muscle group.
 
il say abs aswell. its a different kind of pain to legs-abs typically are done at much higher reps and its an intense, burning kind of pain.
that said squats leave me jelly-legged but not in pain, but leg extensions and hack squats literally hurt when i get to the last few reps.
 
Depends on what i'm working on that day. Abs suck, because it makes me feel I can't breathe for a few seconds immediatly afterwards. But that goes away rather quickly.

Triceps burn like a beeyotch too...Too the point i can't even lift my arms anymore.

quads leave me "jelly" legged. LOL


My shoulders get a good burn as well.


All in all...if your working hard enough everything should burn. That's my opinion anyways.
 
I don't mind quads as funny as it sounds. I think i get the worst burn from Bi's.
 
20 rep squats kill me. I do them every other week and they always suck. My Quads, lungs, and mind try to defeat me. I always win. I usually collapse in the rack and see stars after the set. I have never got that from abs or bis. At least not yet lol. Calves are a real bitch too, but they are quickly becoming my best body part. They seem to really respond to the way I train them.
