do u guys still eat salad, green beans, and brocolli when you are doing no carbs or just strickly stick to only 100% protein. Ive been eating a shit load of brocolli and other greens but not really counting them as carbs? do i need to cut them out also? I do 5 days < 100 carbs, 1 day @ no carbs (nonworkout day), and carb load day of about 600-700 carbs? thanks
