When should I eat my oats/popcorn??

I'm on a 50/30/20 P/F/C macronutrient diet at about 2,200 calories a day. I lift M-F at lunch and run 3 miles a few days a week after work. If I'm going to allow myself a big bowl of oats and/or a bag of popcorn once a week, should I eat those on Sunday so the carbs are available for my lifting on Monday, or when should I eat these two things? I want to minimize any fat storage, and I don't think these two are too terrible for "cheat meals". Thanks for any advice. :)

Well, it's just me, but I'd make oats a staple of my diet and completely avoid popcorn (its pretty high on the GI scale and will just leave you hungry considering the cals.

I do eat steel cut oats on a daily basis in the morning, then the only other carbs I have each day are 35g of sugars in my PWO shake. I'm just saying, if I'm craving some junk and want to have something like popcorn instead of a pizza, or maybe some (sugary, flavored) instant oatmeal instead of Taco Bell...when should I have those?
