I'm on a 50/30/20 P/F/C macronutrient diet at about 2,200 calories a day. I lift M-F at lunch and run 3 miles a few days a week after work. If I'm going to allow myself a big bowl of oats and/or a bag of popcorn once a week, should I eat those on Sunday so the carbs are available for my lifting on Monday, or when should I eat these two things? I want to minimize any fat storage, and I don't think these two are too terrible for "cheat meals".
