What she said, Muscle Milk powder and whole oats. Same basic recipe as what I've been doing for years. Theirs is just in a pretty bowl instead of a shake container.
OK, My wife just made a home made whole wheat pie crust and we're making the filling now. I just grilled up 14 chicken breasts for the week and I'm going to shred up three of them for the pie. I steamed some fresh broccoli, green beans and carrots. Then sautéed some chopped onions and fresh garlic in olive oil and put in a splash of spiced rum.
The run helps break down the alcohol soluble flavors in the onions and garlic then the sugars from the rum adds a sweet taste to the onions. It's all mixed in fat free cream of mushroom soup and skim milk, thickened with a little more whole wheat flower. We should be eating by 6:30 so I'll let you know how it goes. It sure smells good!
