Now I see Muscle Milk sells the same damn thing! I've been doing it for years and they go and market it! Bastards! :qt:

I do the same thing when I am on the road. But, I got tired of washing the smelly shakers. Now, I just eat it dry.

Easiest meal is...can and a half of tuna mixed with dry oats and some broc.

If I have time I throw some seasoning on it, and stick it in the oven to get crispy

MuscleMilk has a shake with oats in it? Do you have a link?
 
Sugar cookies and peanut butter (until I've reached 90 gms carbohydrate/20 gms fat); 50 cc glycerol + 10 gms creatine; and 1 qt gatorade...All taken after weigh-ins and approx. 2 hours before prelims.
 
Breakfast...Protein/carb cakes. HEALTHY


6 egg whites, 1 yoke, cup rolled oats, tablespoon cinamon and 4 packs of splends. Hit it with a blender and make pancakes. Same as if you used pancake batter but healthy. Taste great. Use sugar free jelly or syrup if needed.


Late meal...

2 chix breat cup up into small pieces, cup broc, 1/2 cup brown rice, low cal taco sauce and stir fry it. Use pam to keep fat low. Tastes great and healthy!
 
Chicken ala Greque

2 chicken Breasts cubed pan fry medium heat with Olive Oil
add Lemon juice after chicken is cooked about 75% through
continue cooking as lemon juice reduces and chicken cooks through add Oregano, Pepper and some salt..

simple great tasting dish
haave with a small salad with it
 
Peanut Butter Chicken...... I'm estimating in amounts here cause I usually cook by eye if you know what I mean..... This version is if you cook 1-1.5lbs of Chicken...... Cut chicken breasts into pieces, and cook it in a 10 inch frying pan...... I use Olive oil to grease the pan...... Boil up 1/2 cup of wheat pasta or Brown rice, both are good, and add it to the chicken...... I sometimes add in Broccoli or peppers, and sometimes I put none in, it's up to you.... Turn the heat down to about half way..... Poor in about .5-1 cup of Half and Half, then put in about 3 Tblspns of Peanut butter, and stir it up untill the Peanut butter is melted in with the Half and half...... You can add less or more Peanut butter depending on how much you like..... Add in about 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, 2 Tblspns of Ground Cinnamon, Hot pepper if you like spicey food, but you don't need it if you don't like spicey, and stir it up again..... Now let it simmer a bit to boil off any excess liquid..... When it's done, add a can of those chinese noodle sticky looking things..... I can't remember the name of them, but they are made of whole wheat, no sugar carbs in them..... Pretty good stuff....
