I eat a PWO shake consisting of 3 scoops of whey protein and 1 cup on whole oats with skim milk. Yes all in the same container, I just drink it down like a chunky shake.
Now I see Muscle Milk sells the same damn thing! I've been doing it for years and they go and market it! Bastards!
I do the same thing when I am on the road. But, I got tired of washing the smelly shakers. Now, I just eat it dry.
Easiest meal is...can and a half of tuna mixed with dry oats and some broc.
If I have time I throw some seasoning on it, and stick it in the oven to get crispy
